Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

Payments received will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice, normally using the original payment method. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for work already provided.

Early performance

The right of withdrawal for a service expires only after full performance if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the 14-day period ended and acknowledged that full performance would end your right.
