Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit the website or contact me. Last updated: 3 September 2026.

2. Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and associated technical infrastructure providers. Technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and device information may be processed for secure and reliable delivery under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Language setting
Your selected language is stored locally in your browser under “agnes-locale”. You can remove it by deleting browser data.
4. Contact
Details sent by email or telephone are used to handle your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual matters or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise.
5. Booking and Stripe
Data is transferred to Stripe only when you open an external booking or payment link. Stripe processes payment, contact and technical data under its own privacy notice. Processing necessary for the contract is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Protected administration
The admin area uses ChatGPT sign-in. A user identifier and email address are processed for authentication. Link settings are stored in a protected database under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. External links and indexing
External projects are governed by their operators’ privacy notices. Public pages may be accessed and indexed by search engines and AI search services; only published page content is provided.
8. Retention and recipients
Data is retained only as long as required for its purpose or statutory obligations. Technical providers receive data only as required for hosting, security, communications or payments. Legally required safeguards are used for third-country transfers.
